Meeting Presentation Deck:

Let's Collaborate, Not Tolerate

Overview and Learning Objectives

How many times have you been on a project where you really didn’t want to work with certain individuals due to past negative experiences with them or they tend to just be difficult to work with?  In order to be successful on projects, or any initiative you may be tasked to work, you typically have to work with others. This can be challenging due to different personalities and mindsets one has to work with during the life or a project; but it’s essential to have these different perspectives, personalities and mindsets to really create successful solutions.  Sometimes during projects there could be a tendency to tolerate individuals opposed to collaborating with them, especially if there are conflicting personalities or mindsets.  Those you may have tolerated may be the same individuals you truly need to collaborate with to ensure the project is as success.  This interactive presentation with videos and exercises will show how to build relationships, foster an environment of collaboration, and maintain those relationships as you never know when you may need to leverage the relationships again.
