Presentation Deck - The Great Agile Debates

Overview and Learning Objectives

Agile has been gaining ground over the last decade, and it is now a major focus as a perspective in business analysis. Whether you are totally new to agile, have been practicing it for a while, or are a seasoned pro, there are still a lot of debates that go on among practitioners. In this interactive presentation, you will get to hear the top topics that agilists argue about, with arguments for and against each view. Then you will get to debate these topics with your colleagues; as you delve into these debates, it will help you sort through what is best for your agile team.
