Overview and Learning Objectives

Change is the only constant. While agile may not be the answer to solving all “project” woes it can help mitigate many of them. Agile processes can lead organizations into a new age of efficiency and transparency. However, it’s hard for organizations new to this concept to figure out how to transform their thinking that was built on strict processes and control. Presenter Information

Jen Kalz is a Managing Consultant and Agile Coach at Skyline, a consulting services organization based out of Wisconsin. She holds several certifications including: Certified Business Analysis Profession (CBAP), Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) along with training as a Six Sigma Green Belt. She has over 15 years of project, product, coaching and agile transformation experience in multiple industries. Jen is passionate about advancing the use of Agile in organizations and showing the value Business Analysts bring to agile transformation and execution.
