Overview and Learning Objectives

Have you ever been in work situations where your emotional intelligence was tested? Do you wish you would have reacted differently? Join Michael Rehberg, CIO of Navitus Health Solutions, and learn how understanding and managing your emotional intelligence (EQ) in the workplace improves your work experience, performance, trust and job satisfaction. Learn how to utilize EQ to get the outcomes you desire. This will be a fun, interactive presentation!

Presenter Information

With Navitus since 2008, Michael Rehberg serves as Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. In these roles, Michael oversees all aspects of the company’s information technology (IT) strategy, systems and security, as well as innovative engagement tools and services.
 
Michael’s span of influence includes:

  • Innovation – ‘Dream and Try It’
  • Enterprise Services – ‘Build and Implement It’
  • Partner Services – ‘Support and Enhance It’
  • Client Operations – ‘Use and Improve It’
  • Security – ‘Safeguard and Secure It’

 
In addition, Michael is responsible for ensuring the company is well positioned strategically to deliver optimal technological solutions that seamlessly integrate care delivery for internal stakeholders and external customers.
 
Prior to his current role, Michael served as the Director of IT and the Manager of Data Services and Application Development at Navitus.
 
Beginning his technical career in application development, Michael quickly specialized in data warehousing and business intelligence. His prior roles include: Manager of Data Services for Alta Resources, Business Intelligence Consultant for Greenbrier and Russel, Senior Analyst for SAKS Incorporated, Consultant for Heartland Business Systems, and Programmer for American Express Property Casualty.
 
Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management computer systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
