Overview and Learning Objectives

Are you a leader who has team members who are or will be working on agile/Scrum team and want to learn how to adapt your leadership style or activities to support them? This presentation will cover the topics leaders care about when their people are involved in agile teams.
Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the impact of agile on traditional job titles / roles
  • Learn what stays the same in agile leadership, and what is different from traditional management
  • Discover what it means to be a leader in an agile environment

Presenter Information

Rachael Wilterdink is a Senior Business Analyst consultant for Skyline Technologies. She has 10+ years of BA experience, having served clients in a variety of industries including financial, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and insurance. Rachael holds multiple business analysis and agile certifications including: CBAP® (IIBA), PBA (PMI), PSM (scrum.org), and CSM (Scrum Alliance). She also serves as first chair on the advisory committee for the Business Analysis program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and is a member of the advisory committee for the Software Development Program at Lakeshore Technical College.
